Tungsten Carbide Round Burr

Tungsten carbide round burr features an ultra slim neck that enhances visualization of the cavity during excavating procedures. The carbide’s straight line, slim neck permits precise placement, access, and visualization deep into the cavity, maximizing clinical control and treatment effectiveness.

Tungsten carbide round burr instrument incorporates a rounded head configuration and a precisely symmetrical blade arrangement that provide high efficiency cutting of tooth material.

Tungsten carbide round burr manufactured of high quality tungsten carbide with precision engineering and keen attention to operative requirements and backed by international clinical studies, the carbide bur is delivered directly from KOMET USA in packages of five instruments of a single size.

Tungsten carbide round burrs are to be used for easy removal of material, carving and defining. These are used on many hard substances such as metals, stone, ceramic, porcelain, plastics, bone and hard wood.

6mm diameter tungsten carbide round burr with a 6mm diameter and 6mm shank, these round nose cylinder shaped tungsten carbide burrs are to be used for easy removal of material, carving and defining. These burrs used in many hard substances such as metals, stone, ceramic, porcelain, reinforced plastics and hard wood. Use with your rotary tool or die grinder. Cutting speed should not exceed 35,000 RPM.

Tungsten carbide is harder than normal tool steel and can be used to grind even stainless steel with ease.

For jewellers and carvers a tungsten carbide round burr will outlast a normal HSS by many times.

Tungsten carbide round burrs and rotary files are used in various applications for deburring, cylinder head porting, mold making, tool and die, metalworking, tool grinding, foundry, aerospace, automotive, dental laboratory, wood carving, farriers, metalsmithing, sculpting, welding, chamfering, jewellery manufacturing, die casting, and metal casting.

During use, periodically dip the burr into a cutting lubricant to keep it cool and extend the life of the burr.

Store the burr in its plastic container when it is not in use to avoid chipping it against your other tungsten carbide round burrs.
