Code key for the description of sintered tungsten carbide anvils
DC636: DC means the name of sintered products, 6 means category of sintered products, 36 means dimensions of the working facets of sintered products.
a. The part is 2 Chinese phonetic alphabets indicating the name of sintered products. For example, DC indicates anvils and DG indicate pressure cylinders.
b. The second part is one numeral indicating the category of sintered products. For example, 6-facet anvils are indicated by 6 and 2-facet anvils and pressure cylinders are indicated by 2.
c. The third part with 2 numerals indicates the dimensions of the working facets of the anvils or the dimensions of the cavity of the pressure cylinders with only integers.

13 indicates the dimensions of 41 degrees side edges of the long waist for anvil, if there are decimals retain small units.
41 indicates the 41 °Nominal angle of anvil, if there are decimals retain small units, the unit is mm.
75 indicate fine blank height dimension of anvil, if there are decimals retain small units, the unit is mm.
B indicates the code of outer cone, if the outer cone is 0.5°, the code is “B”, if the outer cone is 1.5°, the code bypass.
1 indicates the code serial number of outer cone, it could assure the uniqueness of products, if the outer cone is 1.5°, the code bypass.
X indicates the code of incline taper, if the incline taper is not 46°, the code is “X”, if the incline taper is 46°, the code bypass.

Y indicates the shape code of top surface, if there is rectangular top surface, the code is “Y”, if there is square top surface, the code bypass.
