The blank plate with sinterring status, which without grinding in the surface or with minimally processed, but the blank plate with the same properties to finished plate of high hardness, high T.R.S. and high wear resistance.

Features
Tungsten carbide blank plate with excellent red hardness, high hardness, wear resistance, good high elastic modulus, high compressive strength, chemical stability (acid, alkali, high temperature oxidation), low impact toughness, low coefficient of expansion and the similar thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity with iron or other alloys, are mainly used in stamping dies, die-cut materials and so on.

Application
Tungsten carbide plate with the types of thick and thin, the thick plate are mainly used to make high-quality carbide die, but the thin plate are mainly used to make high wear resistance carbide inserts. The properties on these two types have a big difference, and they could not exchanged in the application.
